Refund policy

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods may only be used for their intended purpose. The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. If the goods have been used improperly or damaged, handled negligently, or used contrary to the provided instructions, or if the original packaging has been lost, significantly damaged, opened, or the product has already been used, Lindore has the right to reduce the amount refunded according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit a withdrawal form by sending it to kalnabeles@inbox.lv within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the goods do not correspond to the order, for example, if an incorrect or damaged product has been received.

The Buyer must return the goods to Lindore without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after submitting the notice of withdrawal. After receiving the returned goods, Lindore will refund all payments received from the Buyer under the distance contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days.

Lindore has the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or the Buyer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. If the Buyer has chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by Lindore, Lindore is not required to reimburse the additional delivery costs.

Lindore shall not be liable for any delay in the performance of its obligations, failure to perform its obligations, or any other non-performance caused by circumstances or obstacles beyond the reasonable control of Lindore.

Lindore reserves the right to refuse the sale of goods and, where applicable, request the return of goods from the Buyer if the price displayed in the online store is significantly lower than the actual market price due to a technical or other error.
